General Introduction and Scope of Terms
These terms and conditions apply to the tkpk bat platform and all services under it. By using the website, opening an account or using any service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.
tkpk bat services are available to users in Bangladesh only. Anyone under the age of 21 may not open an account or play betting or casino games on this platform under any circumstances. We may request proof of identity at any time for age verification.
We reserve the right to change any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page. Continued use of the platform after a change means you have accepted the updated terms.
Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Registration Requirements
To open an account with tkpk bat, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years old.
- You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.
- Each person may open only one account.
- The account may not be used by a third party.
- If your details change, you must update your account information.
2.2 Identity Verification
To ensure security, tkpk bat may request a copy of a national ID card, passport or other government-issued ID at any time. We reserve the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.
2.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login details, password and OTP fully confidential. The account holder is fully responsible for all activity carried out from the account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately via live chat.
Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
tkpk bat currently supports the following payment methods:
- Mobile banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- Bank transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major commercial banks
3.2 Minimum Amounts
The minimum deposit for each method is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. No transactions below these amounts will be accepted.
3.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawals are generally completed within 10–45 minutes after a request is approved. However, processing may be delayed if identity verification is incomplete or irregular activity is suspected. Cryptocurrency and other payment methods are not accepted.
3.4 Fraud and Irregular Transactions
If there is evidence that an account is involved in fraud, money laundering or other dishonest activity, tkpk bat reserves the right to suspend or close that account immediately and hold the associated funds.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 adds ৳1,500 in bonus funds, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. To withdraw the bonus amount, you must wager 20 times the bonus — so for a ৳1,500 bonus the wagering requirement is ৳30,000.
4.2 Bonus Usage Rules
- The same bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once from a single account.
- Multiple accounts operated by members of the same household or on the same device may not share a bonus.
- Opening an account with false information in order to obtain a bonus is strictly prohibited.
- tkpk bat reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus programme.
4.3 VIP Programme
The tkpk bat VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier receives a weekly cashback based on a fixed percentage of that week's net losses — up to 0.4% for Bronze, up to 0.8% for Silver and up to 1.2% for Gold. For example, a Silver member with ৳20,000 in net losses during a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback. Moving to a higher tier depends on overall activity on the platform.
Betting Rules
5.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation
Odds displayed on the platform may change in real time. If incorrect odds were given due to a technical error or human mistake after a bet was confirmed, tkpk bat reserves the right to cancel that bet. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the account.
5.2 Event Cancellation and Postponement
If a match or event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned, the related bets will be settled in accordance with tkpk bat's standard rules. In general, if the event does not resume within 48 hours, the bet is considered void and the stake is refunded.
5.3 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:
- Involvement in match fixing or manipulation of results
- Placing bets using automated bots or scripts
- Bonus abuse or exploiting system vulnerabilities
- Coordinated betting activity across multiple accounts
Data Privacy and Security
How your personal information is collected, stored and used is described in detail in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms. By opening an account, you also accept that policy.
tkpk bat uses SSL encryption technology to keep all transactions secure. However, complete security of internet connections cannot be guaranteed; users are responsible for using a secure network.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. However, information may be shared with relevant authorities where required by law.
Responsible Gaming and Self-Control

Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Our Authority
tkpk bat may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Evidence of a breach of the terms and conditions is found
- Information provided is false or misleading
- Fraud or money laundering is suspected
- Evidence of multiple accounts is found
- A minor is suspected of using the account
8.2 User Rights
You may request to close your account at any time. Before closure, any valid balance may be withdrawn, provided there are no unresolved conditions or disputes.

If you have a complaint or objection, please contact our 24/7 live chat support first. Our support team can assist in both Bangla and English. Complex matters may also be raised by email.
Complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the relevant incident from the date of filing. Complaints submitted after this period may not be considered.

Limitation of Liability
tkpk bat will not be liable for any loss suffered by a user due to technical errors, server outages or internet problems. In the event of temporary platform unavailability, we will restore the service as quickly as possible.
The outcome of a bet depends entirely on the result of the event. tkpk bat is not obliged to compensate for money lost, unless it is proven that a bet was incorrectly settled due to a technical error on the platform.
tkpk bat is not liable for any loss related to external links or third-party content. Users use any third-party services at their own risk.
Applicable Law and Final Provisions
These terms are governed by applicable international law. If any term is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that term will be removed and the remaining terms will continue to apply.
If there is a difference in meaning between the English and Bangla versions of these terms, the Bangla version will prevail.
